This policy explains how Prime TPS, Inc.("Prime TPS," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website, primetps.ai. It does not cover services delivered under a separate client agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, company (if provided), the interests you select, and your message.
- Basic usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
This site does not require an account, does not sell products online, and does not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to scope and deliver work.
- To improve the website and our communications.
- To meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the limited service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), and only as needed, or when required by law.
Data location
The website is hosted in the United States. For client engagements, we design deployments to keep data inside your chosen jurisdiction — on premises or in dedicated infrastructure — as defined in your agreement.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email corp@primetps.com and we will respond promptly.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but security is core to how we work.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
